He has experience as power of attorney for loved ones, navigating the MediCal System, advocating for family members to get the quality of care and engagement that they deserve, and facilitating hundreds of care meetings between discharge planners, social workers, assisted living facilities, hospice providers, and family members. It’s because of this intricate knowledge of assisted living facility regulations and laws that Young and his associates are better able to advocate for seniors and their family members.
